This year I have experienced so much loss in life and in love and this one pulls on my heart strings in ways where it still chokes me up.

We wrote a night and a day and a night in. Lying on the rug next to the minibar. Woozy and fire lit. Bigsby bends and bottleneck slides. There were hammer dulcimers and a whole bunch of tuned wine glasses. They were all half empty. It was raining or it should have been.
